My Story

Siddhartha Dutta Gupta, a Bengali from the City of Joy, Kolkata. He is a student of this Life, and continually grow, learn, and unlearn from his experiences of the past.

Speed, Accuracy, and Precision – he lives by these rules and they have paved the path of success for him over the years.

With over 14 years of experience in advertising, Siddhartha has built a formidable reputation for himself. Prior to being the Brand Manger at UCL- LuvLap, he headed Maithan Steel in Kolkata. His contribution to Utkarsh India and Anmol Biscuits had led them to the corporate launch of Mukkund Biscuits and Utkarsh India Limited. He has also worked with the some of the best companies and brands for Elegant Steel(Shakambhari Group), Emami, Thermocon TMT, Utkarsh India, Green Habit and SHRICON TMT Bar.

He is credited with building the Corporate Brand Identity in India and has spearheaded the development of the Corporate Identity change including Logo change and corporate Launches in India – Mukkund Biscuits followed by Utkarsh India. He has supervised the agency team in the development and successful launch execution of Mukkund Biscuits, various launches for Anmol Biscuits, SHRICON TMT Bar and Utkarsh India Limited. His strategic skills have helped in building some of the largest brands and in the development of corporate brands in East India.

His key achievements are leading teams in the area of category development, strategic and brand insights, brand management, digital initiative, digital strategy, influencer marketing and PR initiatives and working with global and local teams. He is passionate about delivering exceptional value to the client’s business. 

He loves playing and spending time with his daughter, is into photography and likes casual web series. He believes leadership is about having a clear vision and inspiring and empowering people to realize their own potential.
